K.Scott Construction, LLC is a licensed and insured provider of residential construction & remodeling services in New Jersey. We specialize in custom, high end, and historic home builds, renovations, and additions. We are an LBI local company that prioritizes quality construction and customer satisfaction.
Ken has worked as a carpenter for his parents' custom homebuilding company on and off since high school. After Hurricane Sandy, Ken came back to work full time for his parents (Tool Construction Co.) and has been an integral part of their team ever since. In 2015, he founded K. Scott Construction, LLC in the hopes that he could continue building high quality custom homes on Long Beach Island for many years to come.
We pride ourselves on offering high end quality at a fair price, and we stand by the craftsmanship that we provide. Each of our employees are thoroughly trained in their field of specialty, and we strive to conduct ourselves with poise and professionalism at all times. All of our subcontractors are thoroughly vetted and we partner with the best companies in their respective trades to ensure that our finished product is best in class. All employees and subcontractors are fully licensed and insured. Insurance certificates available upon request.
